Resources I use for German
In 1997 I graduated as an interpreter and German was my strongest language. I even got a special mention at the graduation ceremony (think: stage, microphone, a stack of books …). Not to brag, but my German was really, really good back then. Unfortunately life has its ways and I never got to use German since then. It is a bit rusty at the moment.
- German Tutor - I bought this book a while ago because although I graduated as an interpretor with German as my strongest language, I haven't used it ever since and I feel rusty. I quite like this book, but is is definitely not for beginners.
- Media - books, YouTube, Netflix ... I do read a book every now and then and watch a video once in a while. I have even added a few Netflix series to my to watch list, but I feel that I could do more still. The way it's going now, my level will never improve.
