Resources I use for Korean
Seatbelts on because the list for Korean is looooong. There are of course also italki and Netflix and definitely many YouTube channels, but I am not actively studying Korean at the moment, so I haven’t mentioned those.
- Talk to me in Korean - a very extensive, very good website with audio and printable pdf's. They also offer textbooks and workbooks you can order online.
- First step Korean (Coursera) - a free beginner's course, worth to look into.
- Korean from zero - the first book is availble online for free, the others must be bought. I really like their way of teaching the langugage, so much so that I bought book 2 and 3.
- Korean Grammar in Use - 3 books, to be used for the Topik exam (you can download the books for free from the official Topik website).
- Learn to speak Korean (Coursera) - another free and very good beginner's course for Korean learners.
- Elementary Korean - Tuttle is a very good publisher of Korean (and Asian in general) material.
- Several TTMIK books - I have a few, they are very beautiful, good quality and pleasant to study from.
- Bilingual children's book - useful to pracice simple vocabulary
